Dog Painting in Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg, Russia?

I was at the Hermitage this summer, and I saw the most amazing painting of a chained up dog. I thought it was the most beautiful painting in the world. Sadly, I do not remember the name of the artist, or the painting itself for that matter.

Easy. That's "The Wolfhound" by famed 17th-century Dutch animal painter Paulus Potter.
